靖边采油厂水敏性油藏粘土稳定剂研究

摘    要:靖边采油厂长2储层粘土矿物质含量较高,属强水敏性地层,在注水过程中引起的储层伤害问题严重,水敏伤害高达72.5%,因此,对其进行储层保护意义重大。本文通过粘土防膨实验和岩心流动实验对NH4Cl、PCD,PDADMAC有机小阳离子化合物4种粘土稳定剂进行评价,在此基础上综合考察pH值变化对粘土稳定剂防膨效果影响。实验结果表明:粘土稳定剂配方为2%NH4Cl+2%PDADMAC时,渗透率保持率高达95.20%,当注入水pH值在6-8之间时,该配方渗透率保持率为90.61%~95.20%,防膨性能稳定,对储层保护较好。

Abstract:The content of clay mineral is high in Chang 2 oil-bearing sand bodies of Jingbian Oil-Field, which made the formation has the characteristic of water sensitivity, and the formation damage caused by injection water is 72.5%, so it's important to take reservoir protection in this oil-field. The evaluation of some clay stabilizers on clay expanding is described in this paper, and also the affect of pH for lay stabilizers on clay expanding is shown.
