连续重整蒸发塔顶海水冷却器管束的腐蚀

摘    要:针对大连石化分公司连续重整E10 4蒸发塔顶后冷器管束局部腐蚀泄漏的问题 ,运用物理测试技术进行了腐蚀原因分析 ,指出海水中的Cl-是引起腐蚀的主要原因。对用于海水腐蚀环境的管束选用 10CrMoAl低合金钢、用于海水和H2 S环境选用 0 8Cr2AlMo或 0 9Cr2AlMoRe低合金钢后 ,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:The localized corrosion and corrosion failure occurred in the tubes of E104 vaporizer overhead sea water cooler in continuous catalytic reformer in Dalian Petrochemical Company. The corrosion analysis by physical examination techniques showed that the corrosion was mainly caused by Cl - in the sea water. After the selection of 10CrMoAl low alloy for the tubes in sea water corrosive environment and selection of 08Cr2AlMo or 09Cr2AlMo low alloy steels for the sea water and H 2S environment, good results have been obtained.
