一种大容量IGBT整流器控制技术

摘    要:大容量IGBT整流器采用三电平PWM控制,应用调整载波相位配合等技术有效降低了谐波对电网的影响,采用高功率因数矢量控制技术,保证了网侧输入功率因数达到1.0;采用低开关频率载波并配合预见性PWM控制技术,提高IGBT在大容量系统中的应用能力。通过在运行中检修试验等实践,证明了其可以较好满足生产中各项要求。

Abstract:The large-scale drive system adopts IGBT converter,In its control system,3-level PWM technology is adopted.Through shifting carrier wave phase technology cooperated with other units connected to the same power supply harmonicsd are effectively reduced.And vector control technology for high power factor was applied to ensure the power factor of the power supply to be 1.0.In addition,low frequency carrier wave and precognition PWM technology improve the IGBT operating capability.After many times testing and running for several months,we can find the type of converters can meet performance requirements that we need.
