| 摘 要： | 15CrMo钢是珠光体组织耐热钢,广泛用于工作温度为350～600℃内设备的制造。根据顺酐反应器服役运行条件及焊接质量要求,对15CrMo厚壁高压管的焊接工艺进行了研究,通过选用不同的焊接材料和焊接工艺进行焊接工艺评定试验,确定了适合于生产实际的焊接工艺。

| Abstract: | 15CrMo steel is pearlite heat-resistant steel,it is widely used in equipment operating within the temperature of 350 ～ 600℃.According to maleic anhydride reactor operating conditions and requirements for welding quality,welding process of 15CrMo thick-walled high-pressure pipe has been studied.Through welding procedure qualification report（PQR） test by means of choosing different welding materials and welding technology,suitable welding process for practical production is identified. |
