摘    要:白酒勾调技术工作非常重要,是白酒生产中不可缺少的工艺环节。随着科学技术的高速发展,勾调技术已从感性认识上升到了理性认识,形成了从实践到理论的科学体系。企业应重视培养勾调技术核心人才,掌握科学的勾调技术,促进白酒的发展。

Abstract:Liquor blending,as an indispensable processing procedure,is of vital importance in liquor production.With the rapid development of science and techniques in recent years,the knowledge of blending techniques has upgraded from perceptual knowledge stage to rational knowledge stage and a set of scientific system of liquor blending has been established practically and theoretically.Liquor-making enterprises should put more emphasis on the training of professional blending technicians to advance healthy enterprise development.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
