碎磷矿或磷矿粉粘接成型半工业试验研究

摘    要:以磷矿石(块矿)为原料,采用电炉法生产黄磷,每吨黄磷将生产原料的5%~15%的碎磷矿和磷矿粉。研究了以碎磷矿或磷矿粉为原料,经粘接成型烧结后,通过理化指标检测,认为可以作为电炉法生产黄磷的原料,是目前降低黄磷生产成本的有效途径之一。

Abstract:In the phosphorus production from phosphorite (lump) by electric furnace method,the smashed or powdered phosphorite, which occupied 5% - 15% of raw mineral per MT phosphorus product, will be produced. Through the test, it shows that the smashed or powdered phosphorite,which is subjected to bind - forming and sintering,can be used as raw material of phosphorus production by electric furnace. It is one of effective way to reduce the manufacture cost for phosphorus production.
