| 摘 要： | 作为一个集先进管理思想和信息技术于一体的信息管理系统,ERP在很多企业的应用都获得了成功。基于ERP的内容及特点,结合浙江省电力公司ERP项目实施的具体情况,分别从实施成功必备条件、准备工作、实施具体步骤3个方面分析了如何在电力企业实施ERP,并给出了在电力企业实施ERP的具体步骤。

| Abstract: | As management information system which integrates the advanced management model and information technique,application of ERP has succeeded in many enterprises.Based on the content and characteristic of ERP,combining the application of ERP in Zhejiang Province Electric Co., the paper puts great emphasis on analyzing the application of ERP in general electric power enterprises from such aspects as necessary conditions of success, prophase preparation and application steps. Further more,it also gives out the detailed steps on application of ERP which can guide enterprises to complete the implement of ERP. |
