异步电动机转子故障对定子故障检测的影响与对策

定子绕组匝间短路是异步电动机常见故障之一,因此研究其检测方法具有重要意义。首先,完成了异步电动机定子绕组匝间短路与转子断条故障仿真并对仿真结果做了分析,指出异步电动机转子故障对定子绕组匝间短路故障检测存在不利影响,甚至导致故障误判。进而明确揭示出该影响之原因,即转子故障将导致定子电流中出现边频分量。之后,提出了计及转子故障时的异步电动机定子绕组匝间短路故障检测策略,其关键在于预先采用频谱校正与自适应滤波技术滤除定子电流中由转子故障所导致的边频分量。

The influence on the stator fault detection derived from rotor fault in induction motors and the corresponding countermeasure

It is of great significance to investigate and improve the detection method of stator winding inter- turn short circuit fault in induction motors.The transient simulation of stator winding inter- turn short circuit fault,as well as broken rotor bar fault,has been completed.By thoroughly analyzing the simulation results,this paper points out that the detection methods of stator winding inter- turn short circuit fault,presented in the previous literature, are influenced adversely to some extent by rotor fault,and thus,may misinterpret it as stator winding inter - turn short circuit fault.And then,the reason why the influence exists has been revealed clearly.In fact,the influence derives from the stator current edge frequency components resulted from rotor fault.Furthermore,a novel detection strategy of stator winding inter- turn short circuit fault,which is immune to rotor fault,is recommended.The essence of the recommended countermeasure lies on removing the stator current edge frequency components associated with rotor fault in advance,by using spectrum correction and self-adaptive filter techniques.
