新型助滤剂在溶剂脱蜡装置的应用

大连石化第二酮苯脱蜡装置生产减四线重润料时，添加R192助滤剂进行标定试验。工业试验表明，在原料中注入助滤剂，通过改变石蜡结晶的结构，改进了脱蜡过程，加快了脱蜡过滤速度，对脱油段也有良好的助滤效果。当助滤剂加入量为400mg／L时，装置处理量由634t／d提高到754t／d，过滤速度由106kg／（h·m^2）提高到126kg／（h·m^2），装置处理能力提高了约19％。脱蜡油收率由49．48％提高到51．09％。

Application of New Type of Filter Aid in Solvent Dewaxing Unit

PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company conducted a calibration experiment in its No.2 acetonebenzene dewaxing unit using the R192 filter aid when producing vacuum 4# line heavy lubricating oil.The industrial experiment shows that adding filter aid to the feedstock to change the structure of the crystalline can improve the dewaxing process and accelerate the filtering speed of dewaxing.It also has positive effect on the filtering of the deoiling section.When 400mg/L of filter aid was added ,the handling capacity of the unit rose by nearly 19% from 634t/d to 754t/d and the filtering speed rose from 106kg/（h·m^2） to 126kg/（h·m^2）.The yield of dewaxed oil increased by 1.6% from 49.48% to 51.09%.
