城市经营中的滨水区开发与经营

摘    要:滨水区土地功能置换要注意与整个城市的总体布局相结合,土地布局应具有弹性,用地布局要有延续性。政府部门在制定“年土地供应计划”时,应优先考虑滨水区开发的土地供应,以引导滨水区良性开发;应对城市中心区现状开发强度已经较高的滨水土地与城市新区土地搭配拍卖,以保证滨水区的环境效益。

Abstract:The replacement of land function of thewaterside areas should be made in agreement withthe overall arrangement of the city while the landarrangement should be flexible with continuity inland utilization.When making the"Annual Plan for LandSupply",the governmental departments should givepriority to the supply of land to those watersideareas for development so as to lead the develop-ment of the waterside areas in a proper way.Publicsale of the waterside land areas in the city centralarea which have already been intensively devel-oped should be combined with the sale of the newlydeveloped in the new zones so as to ensure theenvironmental benefit of the waterside areas.
