摘    要:以MnO2、Mn(Ac)2和MnCO3为锰源,通过高温固相法制备纯相LiMnPO4/C正极材料,进行XRD、SEM分析和充放电、循环伏安测试。采用不同锰源制备的样品,XRD衍射峰均与LiMnPO4的标准图谱一致,无其他杂质峰;但颗粒形貌存在较大的差别。以Mn(Ac)2为锰源的材料具有较好的循环稳定性和相对较高的可逆容量,以0.2C在2.7~4.5 V充放电,首次充、放电比容量分别为113.1 mAh/g和95.7 mAh/g,库仑效率为84.6%,第25次循环的放电比容量为108.9 mAh/g。

Abstract:Phase-pure LiMnPO4/C cathode material was synthesized by high temperature solid-state method using MnO2,Mn(Ac)2 and MnCO3 as manganese sources,XRD,SEM analyses and charge-discharge,cyclic voltammetry tests were taken. The XRD patterns of the samples prepared by different manganese sources accorded with the standard pattern of LiMnPO4,while the surface morphology of the samples had great difference.The material with Mn(Ac)2 as manganese source had fine cycle stability and relatively high reversibility capaci...
