| Abstract: | The main functions concept of health edible oil was introduced in this paper.The preparation of fat reducing nutritious oil and pharmacological functions of the chosen Chinese medicine materials in the experiment,which can be used as medicines and at the same time are traditional Chinese foods,were studied,and the results of the preparation experiment and the function test of the oil were also discussed in the paper. |
