基于工业网络的变频调速综合实验系统设计

摘    要:以三相感应电动机为控制对象,介绍由不同通信协议构成的网络系统的设计与实现,详细介绍电机转速的测量程序、工业以太网通信程序和DP通信的变频器读写程序的设计,给出上位机和触摸屏设计的转速控制界面,实现异步电动机平滑调速。该系统应用网络技术进行数据传输,便于企业的远程监控,提高电机工作的可靠性,提升了企业的自动化水平。

Abstract:Taking three-phase induction motor as the object of control,both design and realization of the network system which composed of different communication protocols were introduced,including the measurement procedure for motor speed,the communication program of industrial Ethernet and the read-write program of DP communication inverter;the speed control interface of host computer and touch screen were given to have smooth speed regulating of asynchronous motor realized.The system employs network technology for data transmission so as to benefit remote monitoring of enterprises and to improve the operation reliability of motors,as well as to promote the automation level of enterprises.
