加蓬天然二氧化锰用作放电锰的研究

摘    要:加蓬天然二氧化锰(NMDG)因其高品位和资源丰富,得到世界范围对其开发应用的重视,本文就N的oc用作电池材料方面的应用,进行了多种途径的探讨研究,用模拟电池放电实验所得的结果表明,VMDG具有低压高放电容量的放电特征;掺入EMDG可以改进NMDG的放电性能,但EMD的掺入量必须超过18%,放电容量才有明显的改进;对NMDC进行纯化处理可以得到高纯度的产品,但产品的电池放电电压并未明显提高;活化处理方法能有效地利用NMDG,活化产品在弱酸和碱性电池中的放电性能基本可相当EMD.但成本较高。

Abstract:S The purpose of this paper is to study possible methods for the application ofGabon natural manganese dioxide ( NMDG )to a battery material l by discharging modellingbatteries. Several conclusions can be drown from experimental results:(a)the NMDG is char-icteristic of a high MiiO_2content and high discharging capacity,but low discharging voltage;(b)the discharging performances of NMDG may be improved by dopping an electrolyticmanganese dioxide (EMD)in the NMDG, but the dopping amount of EMD must be largethan l0%;(c)a purifized NMDG obtained by purifixing the NMDG has a higher MnO_2 con-tent and higher discharging capacity than the NMDG,but its discharging voltage is nearly thesame as that of the NMDG;(d)an activated NMDG can be obtained by activating the NMDGand the discharging performances of the NMDG is as good as that of EMD.
