高耐磨Fe-Ni-RE自熔合金粉末涂层的特性研究

摘    要:对自行研制的Fe-Ni—RE高耐磨自熔合金涂层的化学成分、物理性能、组织和硬度等进行了研究,并与Ni60合金进行了对比,Fe-Ni—RE中铁含量虽高,但主要性能与Ni60相当,且节约了大量的镍和钴贵重元素,降低了合金原材料和生产的成本。实际应用表明:Fe-Ni—RE合金具有熔焊性能好、耐磨耐蚀性能优良、成本低等特点。

Abstract:Chemical composition, physical properties, microstructure and hardness of the manufactured Fe-Ni-RE self-fluxing alloy coating have been investigated and compared with Ni60 alloy, Although the Fe-Ni-RE self-fluxing alloy powder contained higher Fe and lower Ni and Co contents, than Ni 60 alloy whose main properties were at the same level. The results of application show that Fe-Ni-RE alloy has good welding property, high wear and corrosion resistance, low production cost and so on.
