钛酸锶钡陶瓷材料的掺杂改性

摘    要:钛酸锶钡(BST)是一种重要的具有钙钛矿结构的铁电材料。顺电态下,其介电损耗较小,结构稳定。因此对顺电态下的BST进行掺杂改性是近年来铁电材料的研究热点之一。本文简要介绍了目前国内外科研工作者利用稀土、碱土氧化物进行掺杂时对BST的微观结构、介电损耗、介电常数以及可调率方面的影响。

Abstract:Barium and strontium titanate (BST) with low dielectric dissipation factors and stability of structure in paraelectric state is an important kind of ferroelectric material with the perovskite structure. Investigations on the doping modification of BST in paraelectric state have been becoming one of the interesting research areas in the past few years.In this paper,the current research progress about the effects of doping with rare earth oxides and alkaline earth oxides on the microstructure,dielectric dissipation,dielectric constant and tunability of BST were briefly introduced.
