中厚板裂纹影响因素分析及预防途径探讨

摘    要:裂纹是中厚板废品和不良品的主要构成部分,是降低质量指标和经济效益、影响用户使用性能的质量缺陷。通过现场试验和数理统计,对中厚板裂纹影响因素进行了定量分析和深入探讨,改善冶金工艺、优化再加热工艺和轧制规范,可以在较大程度上减缓裂纹的不良影响。

Abstract:Cracking is the main constituent of the rejected products and substandard products of the steel plates.It's also a defect that can down-grade the quality index and economic efficiencies of the steel products and affect the properties of the products for the customers.Through on-site experiments and mathematic statistics the factors affecting the cracking of the steel plate are quantitatively analyzed and down-to-root investigated.It's concluded that improvement in the liquid crystal process,optimization of the reheating process as well as improvement in the rolling schedule and instruction can greatly alleviate the adverse effects of the crackings.
