| 摘 要： | 设计了并联式的过滤系统,将国产、进口的盘式过滤器进行了工艺性能对比试验。针对不同过滤精度的盘片在不同的加药量下,对比研究了两种过滤器进出水的浊度和悬浮固体含量、周期产水量、FPI值、水头损失、流量、反洗等工艺性能参数的差异。试验结果表明:在相同试验条件下,两种过滤器的工艺性能和出水水质参数都相近。

| Abstract: | A parallel filtration system was designed,and then,the test that comparing the filtration performance of disc filters made in China and aborad were carried out.Different amounts of reagents were added into discs with different filtration precision,the difference of the two kinds of filters in parameters of influent and effluent turbidity,suspended solids,periodic quantity of water produce,FPI,head loss,flux,backwash and so on were compared and studied.The results of the test showed that: the two kinds of filters had similar process performance and effluent water quality parameters when under the same experimental condition. |
