指挥系统通信控制机自动测试诊断设备的研究

通信控制机是自动化指挥系统中的重要通信设备,技术密集,战损和出现故障的几率非常大。根据其测试需求,采用建模与仿真测试技术和基于专家系统的故障诊断方法,自行设计一体化便携式机箱,运用PXI总线和电路模块,组建自动化测试诊断设备。该检测设备对通信控制机通信能力、交换能力等性能指标进行检测。通过开关、电缆等附件将硬件电路匹配到所测试单元板接口的方式,并运行相应测试程序,完成通信控制机的性能测试、故障诊断,实现对通信控制机的快速检测和故障准确定位。其软硬件采用模块化设计,可用于多种型号的自动化指挥系统和民用通信控制设备的测试诊断。

Research on Automatic Testing and Diagnosis Equipment for Communication Controller of Command System
