液压挖掘机回转系统的仿真研究

摘    要:以23 t挖掘机为研究模型,分析电力式回转系统和液压式回转系统的主要结构和工作原理.针对挖掘机回转平台的一般工况,建立两种系统的仿真模型.通过仿真分析,得出两种系统的速度、位移和能耗曲线,可以看出:电力式回转系统具有控制性能更优、能量利用率更高等特点.

Abstract:Taking 23 t excavator as the research model,the main structures and working principles of electric slewing system and hydraulic slewing system were analyzed.For the general conditions of excavator slewing platform,the simulation models of the two systems were established.Through simulation analysis,the speed curves,displacement curves and energy consumption curves of the two systems were gotten.It can be seen that the electric slewing system has better control performance,higher energy efficiency and other characteristics.
