| 摘 要： | 主要利用山东省1990年至2009年20 a的能源、经济及环境统计数据,运用VAR模型对山东省3E（能源、经济和环境）之间的关系进行计量分析。结果表明山东省能源消费和经济增长是相互促进的关系,能源消费和经济增长对环境造成了污染,而环境污染反过来制约山东省能源和经济的发展。

| Abstract: | Mainly based on the statistical data of energy, economy and environment of Shandong Province in 20 years from 1990 to 2009, the relationship of 3E（energy, economy and environment） in Shandong Province is calculated and analyzed by using VAR model. The results show that energy consumption and economic growth in Shandong Province are mutually reinforcing, energy consumption and economic growth cause pollution of the environment, and the environmental pollution restrict the development of energy and economy in Shandong Province in turn. |
