薄煤层综合机械化开采实践研究

摘    要:中国薄煤层资源储量丰富,但是由于赋存条件、缺乏有效开采设备等因素影响,薄煤层高效开采一直是煤炭行业技术难题。以15101薄煤层综采工作面为研究对象,介绍了该工作面综采设备选型、采煤方法、回采工艺、顶板管理及辅助管理措施。15101薄煤层工作面开采实践表明,运用综采方法开采薄煤层是可行的,能保障工作面的安全、高效开采。

Abstract:China is of abundant resources of thin coal seams. However, the efficient mining of thin coal seams has been a technical problem of coal industry due to the impact of occurrence conditions, lack of effective mining equipments and other factors. With fully mechanized mining face of 15101 thin coal seam as the object of study, the selection of fully mechanized mining equipments, mining methods, extraction technology, and measures of roof management and assistance management are introduced. The practice of the mining of 15101 thin coal seam shows that using the method of fully mechanized mining to mine thin coal seams is feasible, and can ensure the safe and efficient mining of the face.
