破碎顶板综采工作面回收技术研究

摘    要:破碎顶板工作面在回收过程中容易造成顶板冒漏,危及设备和人员。以6107综采工作面为例,采用顶板铺网和钢丝绳进行顶板维护和控制,采用分段掘进来做回收通道,然后根据一定的回收流程进行设备回收。同时,给出了破碎顶板工作面回收时应采取的必要安全措施,最终实现了6107综采工作面的安全、顺利回收。

On the Recovery Technology of Broken-Roof Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract:Broken-roof working face is likely to cause leakage of roof in the recovery process, which endangers the equipmentsand personnel. With 6107 fully mechanized mining face as an example, the roof of it is maintained and controlled by using rooflapping and wire rope, sublevel drive is carried out to make it a recycling channel, and then the equipments are recycledaccording to certain recycling process. Meanwhile, the necessary safety measures given the to be taken in the recovery of broken-roof working face is proposed, and the safe and smooth recovery of 6107 fully mechanized mining face is realized ultimately.
