| Abstract: | The running cost control is a complex work for the wastewater treatment plants which have been built. However, cost control is the inevitably request for the sustainable development of enterprises. Analyzes the situation of high running cost of the Diaobingshan Wastewater Treatment Plant, finds the problem, and puts forward the improvement and control measures. |
