| 摘 要： | 概述绕接工艺技术的基本概念、技术术语及其在电子电气连接中应用的领域和可靠性,论述绕接技术中使用的材料、工具选用的技术要求和对绕接点的技术要求,介绍了检验绕接点的几个最基本的检验方法,对实际应用中常常容易出现的几个问题进行了阐述,并提出解决问题的方法和效果.
