金属纳米颗粒光散射提高薄膜光伏电池光能吸收率的理论研究

摘    要:在准静态近似下,分析了球形金属纳米颗粒的光散射和吸收特性.金属纳米颗粒的介电函数用Drude模型描述的情形下,得出了银纳米颗粒在可见光、红外波谱范围散射效率与纳米颗粒半径的关系.利用金属纳米颗粒的光散射特性可提高薄膜光伏电池的光能吸收率.简要分析了其提高薄膜光伏电池光能吸收率的机理.

Abstract:For small metal nanoparticles in the quasistatic limit, the scattering and absorption cross sections are derived. The scattering efficiency is also deduced under Durde model with- in the scope of visible and infrared light. Based on the scattering features of the metal nanop- articles, The light absorbing efficiency of the thin-film photovoltaic cell may be enhanced. The basic principle of enhancing the photovoltaic cell efficiency is presented briefly in this pa- per.
