低色温高显色性白光LED制备及其性能的研究

摘    要:通过在YAG黄色荧光粉中掺杂两种红色荧光粉进行白光LED封装测试,研究了这两种红粉对白光LED色温和显色性的影响,实验表明,调整YAG荧光粉与两种红色荧光粉的配比,能够制造出低色温、高显色性的白光LED。

Abstract:Besides the YAG yellow phosphor, two kinds of red phosp their effect on the color temperature and color rendering index of whir h e ors are used to fabricate white LEDs to research LED. The test results indicate that in a certain ratio of YAG phosphor and red phosphors, the white LED can be prepared with low color temperature and high color rendering index.
