团林换流站电压突变量保护研究

摘    要:根据团林换流站电压突变量保护动作现场反馈的信息进行故障原因分析,判定为测量系统故障造成保护动作。基于直流电压信号测量传输回路和直流分压器的结构分析,指出了发生故障的最小区域。通过与换流站运行的控制保护设备完全相同的试验系统进行相关的验证,并进行RTDS仿真试验。结果表明,直流分压器测量回路故障造成保护动作,保护动作行为正确。最后,给出了解决问题的建议。

Abstract:According to the site feedback information of undervoltage sensing protection at Tuanlin Converter Station,this paper analyzes the protection fault,concluding that it is caused by the failure of measurement system. Based on the structure analysis of the DC voltage signal transmission-measurement circuits and DC voltage divider,the minimum area of failure is determined. The authentication with a test system identical to the control and protection equipments in the converter station is carried out,and also the RTDS,and the results show that the the protection fault is due to the DC voltage divider measurement circuit failure,and the protection acts correctly. Finally,the recommendations to solve the problem is provided.
