摘    要:基于感受阻抗的接地距离保护整定计算方法在电力系统中得到了广泛应用。该方法的正确性与实际测量参数的正确性密切相关。实际工程中,由于同杆输电线路的零序参数可能存在误差,使得该方法所得的整定值可能产生误差,严重时将造成保护Ⅰ段误动,威胁系统的安全稳定运行。分析了同杆输电线路零序参数的误差对基于感受阻抗的接地距离保护Ⅰ段的影响,提出了计及零序参数误差在接地距离保护I段中的整定方案。

Abstract:The setting calculation method of grounding distance protection based on detecting impedance has been widely used in the power system. The validity of it is closely related to the correctness of the actual measured parameters. In the practical engineering project,the existing zero sequence parameters error of the transmission lines on the same tower might cause error of the setting value,and consequently may cause malfunction of zone 1 ground distance protection in the worse circumstances,thus threatening the security and stability of the power system operation. This paper analyzes the effect of the correctness of zero sequence parameters of the transmission lines on the same tower to the zone 1 ground distance protection based on detecting impedance,and proposes a setting scheme of the zone 1 ground distance protection considering zero sequence parameters error.
