井下煤仓给煤机智能控制系统的研发与实践

摘    要:以西门子PLC和MCGS组态软件为核心,研制了一套针对带有煤仓溜煤给煤机的智能控制系统。经在许厂煤矿现场实践,可对给煤机放煤量的自动控制,并通过监测与监控自动控制单元的实施和遥视系统的融合,实现了煤仓井下给煤机工作区的无人操作和无人值守。

Abstract:Siemens PLC and MCGS configuration software as the core,a set of intelligent control system of the feeder for shaft-loading pocket with coal-water roadway is developed.After the practice in field in Xuchang Coal Mine,the system can automatically control the feeding coal capacity of feeder,combining the remote control system and the implementation of automatic control units of monitoring and supervision,realizes the self-service and unattended at feeder working area of shaft-loading pocket underground coal mine.
