摘    要:将产品全生命周期划分为需求分析、概念设计、工程设计、加工制造、服务支持五个阶段,按照所划分的阶段,提出包括产品需求分析模型、概念模型、设计模型、制造模型和服务支持模型的体系框架,同时研究了各阶段模型之间的转换、集成、互操作方法。在此基础上,重点对产品生命周期中的产品服务支持阶段的模型进行了描述,提出了产品服务支持阶段的模型包括产品服务模型和客户信息模型,研究了从产品的其他阶段模型转化和构成产品服务模型的方法。

Abstract:The product lifecycle was divided into five stages, which were requirement analysis stage, conceptual design stage, engineering design stage, manufacturing stage, and service stage. Consequently, the product lifecycle model comprised requirement analysis model, conceptual design model, engineering design model, manufacturing model, and service model, and all related data and documents which stored in the distributed databases formed those models through logical mapping. A conceptual architecture for modeling product data in the lifecycles was proposed. The product service model maintained all information about customers, sale, transportation, installation, operation, maintenance, and recycling, Based on above, a customer-oriented product model that comprised two sub-models: product service model and client information model is built. Further, the relationship between the two sub-models is depicted, and finally the evolvement from other models to service model is described.
