共析Al-Zn合金非平衡扩散型相变内耗和模量特征

摘    要:研究了淬火Al-Zn共析合金中非平衡Spinodal预相变和后继的不连续转变低频内耗特征和模量效应。在非平衡Spinodal预相变中,观察到存在着与大幅度长波长的静态浓度波相联系的Spinodal失稳并没有引起局部模量软化效应。Spinodal预转变共格性的出现与消失和不连续转变中相界面面积的最大值,引起各自相应的时效内耗峰,但与峰相应的模量软化效应并未发生。

Abstract:The characteristics of the low freqency internal friction and moduluseffect associated with the non-equilibrium spinodal pretransformation and the follow-ing discontinuous transformation was investigated in an as-quenched eutectoid Al-Zn alloy. It was observed that the loss of the stability in the Iattice, which corre-sponded to the large-amplitude long-wavelength static concentration wave in thenon-equilibrium spinodal pretransformation, did not induce any effect of localizedsoft modulus. Although there are two aging internal friction peaks in phase transfor-mation which correspond to the appearance and disappearance of the coherency andthe maximum of the interface area in the discontinuous transformation, respectively,the effect of localized soft modulus did not take place yet.
