高可靠性城市示范区建设探索与实践

结合国家电网公司高可靠性城市示范区建设要求,青岛供电公司在充分研究、评估青岛城市配电网现状的基础上,积极实践和探索打造高可靠性城市示范区的新策略、新方法和新技术,建成一套集监控、指挥、预警功能为一体的配电网综合管理信息系统,实现"管理措施与技术措施并举,高指标与经济性相协调"的构建目标,进而提高青岛供电可靠性和配网建设管理水平,并为全省高可靠性城市建设积累经验,发挥引领示范作用。
