钢板厚度对声发射检测仪源定位影响的试验研究

摘    要:试验室中利用SDAES 12通道数字声发射检测仪,针对不同厚度的钢板进行了模拟声源定位试验,得到不同板厚情况下检测仪对声源定位的误差,之后对不同板厚的误差值进行了对比,得到源定位的线性误差和平面误差,且板厚对定位误差影响不大,而平面定位中x坐标的相对误差略大于y坐标的相对误差。

Abstract:Through using SDAES12 channel acoustic emission detector,a series of locations of simulated sound source experiments is excuted to steel plate with different thickness,and the positional error of simulated sound source is obtained and after that,positional relative error is compared,and some useful conclude is draw.
