摘    要:介绍了某电厂给水泵运行中平衡盘卡死的事情经过,根据给水泵运行的参数对原因进行了详细分析,得出其卡死的原因是当泵在小于最小流量运行时,液体将被加热直至汽化,使得泵体内部温度升高,由于平衡鼓与平衡鼓套的间隙设计值很小,结果会导致平衡鼓和平衡鼓套干摩擦,并对给水泵的运行提出了必要的防范措施和对给水除氧系统进行了改造,收到了良好的效果,保证了机组的安全稳定经济运行。

Abstract:This paper describes the pump balance disc stocking treatment in a power plant. In accordance with the pump operating parameters, detailedly analyzes the causes, and concludes the stuck reason is that when the pump is running less than the minimum flow, the liquid will be heated until vaporization, and raise the pump internal temperature, as the clearance design between the balance drum and the balance drum kit is very small, it causes dry friction of balance drum and balance drum kit. Submits some necessary preventive measures on the water pump and transforms the water supply and deaerating system, and good results have been achieved to ensure the units operation security and stability.
