基于EEMD和HT的三相异步电机断相故障检测研究

三相异步电机发生断相故障后,运行状态将会发生突变。若长期带故障运行,将会导致电动机性能下降甚至烧毁。提出了一种基于集合经验模态分解(EEMD)和希尔伯特变换(HT)检测三相异步电机断相故障的新方法。检测三相异步电机定子线电压,对其进行小波包降噪处理后,利用EEMD将其分解为一系列的固有模态函数(IMF),对每个IMF进行希尔伯特变换得到相应的瞬时频率(IF),在定子线电压第五个固有模态函数的瞬时频率图上可以清晰地识别出断相故障特征。仿真实验结果表明,利用EEMD和HT可以有效地检测出三相异步电机的断相故障,获取其精确的开始结束时间。

Research on the Detection of Phase Failure in Three Phase Asynchronous Motor Based on EEMD and HT

After phase failure fault occurs in three-phase asynchronous motor, the operating condition will have a severe change. If running with such a fault for a long period, it will lead to performance degradation and even permanent burnouts. This paper presents a novel method to detect phase failure fault in three-phase asynchronous motor base on ensemble empirical mode decomposition （EEMD） and Hilbert Transform （HT）. Detect the stator’s line voltage of three-phase asynchronous motor,after denoising by wavelet packet,then apply EEMD on it to obtain a series of IMFs （Intrinsic Mode Function）, and then apply Hilbert Transform （HT） on every IMF to obtain corresponding instantaneous frequency （IF）. The character of the phase failure fault can be recognized clearly in the figure of instantaneous frequency of the fifth IMF of the stator’s line voltage. The simulation results show that taking advantage of EEMD and HT can effectively detect the phase failure fault in three-phase asynchronous motor and acquire its accurate start time and end time.
