中小型汽轮机的数字电液调节系统

摘    要:为了进一步提高中小型汽轮机调节系统的控制精度和性能,应采用数字电液调节系统,并结合新型的工质和供油系统。通过运用高压抗磨液压油的数字电液调节系统,弥补了液压调节系统在整定参数的精度和重复性等方面存在的不足,在系统动态响应和控制精度方面,与普通低压透平油数字电液调节系统相比更有优势,能提高数字电液调节系统的控制水平。

Abstract:In order to further improve system control accuracy and performance of small and medium turbine, should be used Digital electro hydraulic control (DEH) system, and combined with the new refrigerants and its supply system. Through the use of DEH system with High-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil, make up obviously inadequate of Hydraulic control system, for example precision and repetitive of setting parameters. In terms of system dynamic response and control accuracy, compared with ordinary DEH of low pressure turbine oil, it has an edge. On the popularization and application of future, it will be able to improve the level of DEH system control.
