浅析深圳地铁1号线列车转向架综合测试

摘    要:深圳地铁1号线续建工程26列车项目自开通运营以来,地铁列车走行部故障频发,集中表现在转向架ATC支座及支架开裂、牵引电机轴承固死、转向架异响、受电弓上框架开裂等方面。为避免因恶性故障危及行车安全事件的发生,彻底调查故障原因,掌握1号线列车转向架在线运行状态,特对转向架走行部进行综合测试及分析。

Abstract:Since the Shenzhen Metro Line No.1 engineering project opening and operation of 26 trains, subway trains running gear failure-prone, manifested in the bogie ATC holder and bracket cracking, dead solid traction motor bearings, bogie noise, pantograph cracking and other aspects of the framework. To avoid the occurrence of malignant failures endanger traffic safety incidents, thoroughly investigate the cause of the fault and grasp the 1st line train line running bogie, bogie running gear special comprehensive testing and analyzing are given in this paper.
