摘    要:比较了我国现有典型燃煤工业锅炉,包括链条炉排锅炉、循环流化床锅炉和煤粉燃烧锅炉的技术现状,分析了这三种锅炉的燃烧特性及其存在的优势和劣势。介绍了一种新型的煤炭解耦燃烧工业锅炉的技术原理和研究开发现状,从燃烧效率、烟气排放、设备投资、运行维护和负荷及燃料的适应性等几方面综合考虑,解耦燃烧工业锅炉具有良好的发展和应用前景。

Abstract:Compared the technical status of existing typical coal-fired industrial boilers including chain grate boiler,circulating fluidized bed boiler and pulverized coal boiler. The combustion characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of these typical coal-fired industrial boilers are also analyzed. A new type of coal-fired boiler based on decoupling combustion is introduced in terms of its technical principle and status of research and development. Considering combustion efficiency,flue gas pollutant emissions,equipment investment,maintenance cost and fuel adaptability,the industrial boiler based on decoupling combustion has good prospects for further development and application.
