| Abstract: | Low carbon production and economy were described. Especially the problems faced in the development of low carbon economy were introduced. Moreover,the overheating of the low carbon economy and technology were preliminary analyzed. The investments to low carbon production in Guangdong province and guiding method of the government were discussed. Finally, the characteristics and functions of low carbon related technologies and productions were summarized. |
