| Abstract: | Combined with the ongoing EPC general contracting project, this paper makes an analysis on expense control of EPC project respectively from three phases, i.e. engineering phase, procurement phase and construction phase, and has a discussion on how to use the lowest cost to make the best product and create reasonable profit. |
