摘    要:广州地铁早期采购的工程车车载空压机多为活塞式,其故障率高于近几年逐渐推广的螺杆式空压机。气阀工作状态的好坏是空压机技术优劣的核心问题之一,深入研究气阀故障机理和故障诊断方法,具有较大的实际意义。

Abstract:In the early period, most of engineering trains purchased by Guangzhou Metro were working with piston air compressor. The malfunction rate of piston air compressor is higher than the screw compressor. Valve working condition quality is one of the key problems of the advantage of air compressor. Study of valve fault mechanism and fault diagnosis method deeply, it is of great practical significance.
