| Abstract: | This article introduces control circuit and drive circuit of the IGBT （insulated gate bipolar transistor） in Guangzhou metro line 3 train traction system, shows the characteristics of the simple control circuit, high pressure and large current bearing, and the integrated drive circuit’s advantages of high performance, high reliability and small volume. |
