摘    要:针对目前蜗轮蜗杆传动的有齿轮曳引式电梯,提出了不需要上行超速保护装置也能起到控制上行超速的设想。根据GB7588-2003中关于上行超速保护装置和制动器的要求,具体阐述了蜗轮蜗杆传动的有齿轮曳引式电梯依靠其自锁性能和机-电式制动器的安全冗余,同样是符合安全要求的。

Abstract:This paper put forward the idea that the ascending car overspeed can be controlled without the ascending car overspeed protection in the current worm and gear drive of traction type elevator. According to the requirements on the ascending car overspeed protection and brake of GB7588-2003, the paper specifically expounded the worm and gear drive in traction type elevator also can meet the safety requirements depend on its self-locking and the safety redundancy of mechanical-electric brake.
