摘    要:以山东黄金选矿厂自动控制系统为例,分析了现场总线技术(FCS)在黄金选矿厂自动控制系统中应用的必要性及可行性,介绍了具体的现场总线设计方案及设备选型注意事项。实践证明,Profibus现场总线的应用,提高了系统的稳定性、可操作性和扩展性,使选矿厂能及时全面地掌握设备和生产状态,优化生产调度,保证产品质量和产量。

The Application of Fieldbus in Auto-Control System of Gold Concentrator

Abstract:Take Shandong Golden Ore Treatment Plant as example, we analyze the application necessity and feasibility of FCS in golden mine auto-control system. Introduce the detailed FCS designing scheme and matters that related to model selection need attention. Practice has proved that the application of Profibus FCS can improve the stability, operability and expansibility of system so as to Ore Treatment Plant can grasp the status of equipment and production comprehensively, which can optimize the production scheduling and ensure the production quality and output.
