摘 要: | 周32—11A侧平1井是江苏油田第一口开窗侧钻水平试验井,其钻井施工具有井眼轨迹不易控制、与邻井防碰难度大、目的层垂深不确定、润滑降阻要求高等特点。从开窗侧钻、井眼轨迹控制、与邻井防碰、地质导向、润滑降组、钻井液技术等方面介绍了该井钻井施工技术。主要施工经验有:在长井段滑动扭方位井段中间适当嵌入复合井段,有助于减轻岩屑床的厚度;使用柔性倒装组合,把单弯螺杆工具面转至低边,来回划井壁,有利于破坏岩屑床;在PDC钻头滑动钻进托压严重时,使用单牙轮钻头钻进,能减轻托压;使用地质导向技术能有效解决目的层垂深不确定的问题;低固相甲酸盐聚合醇钻井液是一种良好的侧钻水平井钻井液体系。
