江苏油田水平井酸化酸液置放工艺应用研究

摘    要:江苏油田水平井大部分为低渗油藏,储层非均质严重。这部分水平井在钻井、完井及生产过程中都会造成伤害,需要应用酸化解堵技术恢复或释放产能。与直井酸化相比,水平井酸化的难点之一在于酸液的置放,针对此问题,在室内分别使用并联岩心流动实验装置和水平井转向分流实验装置开展了暂堵剂和自转向稠化酸的转向性能实验研究。实验结果表明:在两种实验条件下,暂堵剂和自转向稠化酸在高渗段岩心的转向率均能达到90%以上,起到均匀布酸的目的。在现场开展了暂堵剂转向和机械分段两种酸液置放技术试验,现场应用取得了成功。

Study on acid fluid placement of horizontal well of Jiangsu Oilfield

Abstract:In Jiangsu Oilfield, most of the horizontal wells belong to typical low permeability reservoir with serious het- erogeneity. The part of horizontal wells were damaged during drilling, completion and production, so it' s necessary to employ acidization with temporary plugging to recover or release productivity. Compared with vertical wells, one of the horizontal wells' issues is effective placement of acid. With the use of a parallel core flow apparatus and a steering diverting apparatus of horizontal well, the steering performance laboratory research of a temporary plugging agent and a self - steering viscous acid were carried out. The experimental results show the steering rates of a temporary plugging agent and a self - steering viscous acid on the high permeability segment reach more than 90% with the acid well distributed. The field application of the two acid fluid placement technology of temporary plugging diverting and mechanical separation obtained success .
