| 摘 要： | 为提高科技工作者的科研创作及写作水平，完善其知识结构，针对目前科技论文投稿中的若干问题，从科技道德教育、论文选题、科技论文的标准化、规范化、著作权、新闻出版的法令、法规及政治性、保密性等方面进行了阐述，强调作者再学习的必要性。

| Abstract: | In order to raise creative and writing levels of scientific and technological workers, perfect their knowledge structure, and according to the problems in contributing scientific and technological treatises, the paper expounds that it is necessary for the authors of treatises to relearn the moral education, the selecting of a title for a treatise, the standardization and laws and regulations as well as political nature and maintaining secrecy. |
