基于LTCC带传输零点的带通滤波器

摘    要:采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术设计了带传输零点的带通滤波器,利用三维叠层结构实现了滤波器的小型化设计,借助HFSS仿真软件对滤波器参数进行优化仿真,改善了滤波器的传输特性,有效压缩了本振信号,满足了该带通滤波器设计指标和小型化的目的。

Abstract:This paper adopts low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) technology to design the band-pass filter with transmission zero points,realizes the miniaturization design of the filter by means of three-dimensional laminated structure,optimizes and simulates the filter parameters using the HFSS,improves the transmission characteristics of the filter,compresses the local oscillator signal effectively,which satisfies the design index of this band-pass filter and the purpose of miniaturization.
