中压离散变频软起动器的设计

摘    要:为了克服传统的降压软起动只能应用在空载或轻载场合的弊端,本文采用离散变频的控制方法,设计了一台中压感应电机软起动控制器。以DSP2407A为核心的电机软起动控制器,处理信息的速度快,能及时地跟随电机负载的变化,使电机的起动平稳可靠。同时由于该控制器不改变传统软起动器的主回路结构,可保留传统软起动器应有的功能,如电压突跳起动、限流起动、软停、故障检测等。经实验调试,该控制器能在高于额定负载的条件下正常起动电机,从而解决了重载不能起动的问题。

Design of A Medium Voltage Variable Discrete Frequency Soft Starter
Abstract:A medium voltage soft-starter was designed based on the discrete frequency control strategy, in order to overcome the shortage of traditional soft-starter, which can only be used in light load or no load conditions. The designed soft-starter with DSP2407A as CPU, can rapidly process the digital signals, follow the load variations and make the start process smooth and steady. The main topology is same as traditional soft-starter, so the traditional functions can be maintained, such as kick voltage start, current limit, soft stop, fault protection, etc. It is approved by experiments the designed soft-starter can start induction motor with loads higher than rate value, which can solve the problem of heavy load start.
